Cambria Hotel is adding another friendly face to our Front Desk team! This position is part-time with flex hours between 2nd shift (3pm to 11pm), and 1st shift (7am to 3pm) including weekends. Located in the growing TBK Sports Complex right off of I-80. If you enjoy meeting new people, and giving great guest service, we want to meet you! The Front Desk Agent is responsible for answering phones, taking guest reservations, performing check-ins and check-outs, answering questions about the hotel and area, along with handling and resolving guest complaints. Our Front Desk team also performs shuttle runs when needed, so a valid driver's license is required along with a 22 year age requirement per our insurance guidelines. Looking for growth?
