Position Summary This is a part time position, we are currently seeking someone with open availability who can work Friday's third shift, 11PM-7AM in addition to first or second shift a couple days a week. As a hotel guest service representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll handle check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure each stay is smooth, memorable, and aligned with our brand’s service standards.
