About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and service-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at our 220-room Marriott-branded hotel. As the first and last impression of our property, Front Desk Agents plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences aligned with Marriott brand standards. The ideal candidate has prior hotel front desk experience, strong communication skills, and full availability on weekends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of prior hotel front desk experience (required)
  • Experience working with hotel property management systems
  • Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs

Nice To Haves

  • Experience at a Marriott-branded property
  • Cash handling experience
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
  • Process payments, post charges, and balance shift transactions
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
  • Handle room assignments and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance
  • Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, packages, and hotel amenities
  • Promote Marriott Bonvoy enrollment and guest loyalty engagement
  • Follow all Marriott brand standards and company policies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
