The Hotel Front Desk Agent performs a variety of duties for guests of hotel. Answer all incoming calls and transfers calls to the appropriate department. Enters all reservations/cancellations and follows through on any changes requested by guest. Registers and assigns rooms to guests, issues rooms keys, computes bill and collects payment for stay. Answers all guest inquiries to the best of your ability.
