It is essential to identify and respond to guests' needs promptly to ensure their complete satisfaction. As a Hotel Front Desk Agent, you will be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. You will need to demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and possess a great speaking voice along with excellent telephone etiquette. The role also involves making simple arithmetic computations and understanding both written and verbal directions. You will be expected to assist guests with concierge services, handle complaints, generate reports, and perform some cleaning and housekeeping duties as needed. The position requires flexibility in working hours, including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift 20-50 pounds as part of your responsibilities.
