Responsibilities
Our Floor Technician is responsible for the cleanliness and upkeep of the properties flooring.

Requirements

• Excellent time management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• A keen eye for detail.
• Must have a positive, cheerful disposition
• Weekends are required. Shift is from 5:30a-2pm
• This position requires constant standing, forward reaching, and walking. Position also requires frequent bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing and overhead reaching. Must be able to lift and carry 60lbs.
• Must be able to adapt to all weather conditions.
• Candidate must be able to pass a physical through Carr Physical Therapy prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Terrazzo flooring preferred

Responsibilities

• Maintains all floor equipment.
• Public space and guest room carpet cleaning
• Clean, strip, wax and refinish floors
• Responsible for keeping the department storage room clean and organized
• Assists in the receiving and storage of all equipment and supplies
• Assists in various areas of the hotel housekeeping department as required.
