Hotel Weyanoke — a beautifully restored boutique hotel blending historic charm with modern Southern hospitality — is seeking a Hotel F&B Outlet Manager to oversee our Food & Beverage Outlets and the Guest Services Department. This is an incredible opportunity for a driven professional who loves balancing operational precision with a personal touch. Compensation and Benefits: $48,000 - $53,000 per year depending on experience. As our Hotel F&B Outlet Manager, you’ll be focused on ensuring Optimal Guest Satisfaction in the Hotel’s front of house operations specifically in our Food & Beverage outlets, leading daily operations, empowering staff, and ensuring our property runs smoothly and efficiently. Requirements

5+ years of hotel operations experience, including 2+ in a supervisory or management role.
A proven track record of motivating and developing teams.
Strong knowledge of F&B Point of sale terminals, guest service standards, and general hotel operations.
Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills.
A flexible, can-do attitude with availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Nice To Haves

A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
