About The Position

The main responsibility of the Exterior Cleaning team is to keep the exterior of our property clean and complete interior project work. This includes power washing, furniture scrubbing and dusting, high dusting and high fixture detail cleans, property air vent cleaning, picking up and emptying trash receptacles. In addition, this position will assist with Valet Parking cars on heavy check-in and check-out days.

Requirements

One year experience in a similar job in the hospitality industry preferred.
Ability to use gas-powered cleaning equipment.
Valid State of Texas driver’s license with good driving record required.

Responsibilities

Pressure wash patios and other areas.
Clean, scrub, dust and/or straighten all exterior furniture, and move as needed for exterior floor surface cleans.
Clean cobwebs, bird droppings, bird nests, mud daubers, etc. from building exterior, including furniture, fixtures, and attention to window frames.
Clean exterior and interior lights and fixtures, some at high levels requiring extension poles, ladder and/or lift.
Empty exterior trash and cigarette receptacles.
Monitor cleanliness of and maintain trash-free environment in the parking lot, jogging trails, and other outdoor areas
Clean and maintain exterior restrooms that are located outside of the main building.
Upkeep of all recycling areas, such as the loading dock, social venue, and other recycling stations.
Perform simple preventative maintenance tasks on the recycling and grounds equipment.
