About The Position

The position is a senior leadership role at Waterford Hotel Group, responsible for overseeing all operational areas, including Rooms and Food and Beverage. Requirements

• 5 years experience in hotel operations management or related professional area
• Food and Beverage Manager experience in a full service/convention hotel
• Rooms and Related Manager experience in a full service/convention hotel
• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and nights
• Strong desire to develop into a General Manager
• Strong customer relations skills and leadership capability
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to make quick decisions and problem solve to achieve guest satisfaction
• Must be able to pass a background check and be drug-free

Responsibilities

• Execute flawless guest experiences
• Generate revenue and manage costs
• Control staffing, safety, and sanitation
• Implement and deliver service standards to exceed guest expectations
• Manage front of house and back of house operational departments
• Set clear goals and accountability for operational departments
• Build strong relationships with local officials, businesses, and customers
