About The Position

We are looking for a Hotel Development & Feasibility Intern to join our Development team based in Home Base New York. The intern will assist in the company's business development and feasibility activities across the Americas. The internship will begin in February 2026 and conclude in July 2026. The intern is expected to work 40 hours a week in our Brooklyn office. We are seeking 1 intern for this role. Student must secure their own sponsorship for this role if needed.

Requirements

• Undergraduate or graduate student working towards a Hospitality degree with a focus on Real Estate
• Hospitality experience required
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Strong in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel
• Ability to develop and roll out tools for the team to ensure consistency and achievement of deliverables
• Proactive and able to work independently but likes being sociable and collaborative
• Humble attitude with no egos or drama

Responsibilities

• Assist in the research, analysis, underwriting and evaluation of hotel business development opportunities
• Support the build of proforma analyses and financial models for feasibility, investment analyses and valuations
• Prepare presentation materials, investment memoranda, deal summaries and case studies with the Development team
• Assist with due diligence and closing processes for transactions
• Maintain deal tracker and assist with ad hoc projects as needed
