Responsibilities

  • Ensure guests have a positive dining experience during breakfast service
  • Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet or menu items
  • Ensure food is fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Greet guests warmly and address their questions or needs
  • Assist with special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions)
  • Keep the breakfast area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and buffet stations
  • Restock supplies like plates, utensils, and condiments
  • Monitor inventory and report low supplies to management
  • Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
  • Adhere to health and safety guidelines
  • Follow hotel policies and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests
