DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown is hiring an energetic, friendly, reliable, and CAREing full-time Bartender to join our award-winning team at our restaurant Bistro525. We’re seeking someone who can commit to a regular, full-time evening schedule, Sunday through Thursday. Typical shifts run from 4:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Why should you work at Bistro525? $12 per hour + tips with most bartenders make $20- $25 per hour with tips. On special event days, bartenders have the opportunity to make between $30-$35 per hour with tips. All team members receive a review and pay raise after 60 days and then annually on their anniversary. Requirements

• We are looking to hire bartenders with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
• Along with experience, well qualified candidates will be friendly and outgoing while striving to ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience while dining with us.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine and accommodating service to all guests.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including their presentations.
• Develop a strong understanding of our food menus, alcohol offerings, and Starbucks® beverages to confidently make recommendations and drive suggestive sales.
• Work collaboratively with staff and management to create positive, memorable experiences that ensure guest satisfaction.
