What you will have an opportunity to do: We are looking for a highly motivated Full-Time Banquet Captain to join our team! This individual is responsible for overseeing banquet events, including service staff performance and event set-up, to ensure exceptional guest service and smooth operations. You will act as the liaison between many different parties, including the Banquets Manager, Events Sales Manager, Event Host and Guests, Kitchen and Banquet Staff, and more. As the personal representative of the property, your job is to enhance guest satisfaction and maximize revenues. If you have experience with leading high volume catering and banquet events, making meaningful connections, figuring out what it takes and stepping it up to win the day is what you do, and you love it, we want you!
