About The Position

We're looking for a motivated and dependable Assistant General Manager to join our team at the Courtyard by Marriott in Roseville, MN. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with the General Manager to deliver a memorable experience for the hotel's guests and associates. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a strong ability to communicate effectively and provide clear and concise training. Solid organizational skills are a must for this position.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of hotel supervisory/management experience required
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring and leading your team to achieve budgeted revenues and profitability
• Assist in hiring, developing, inspiring and leading your team to exceed every guest's expectations
• Work closely with the General Manager to achieve or exceed expectations
• Clearly communicate expectations to all associates, holding yourself and other accountable
• Operate the hotel as if it was your own
• Assist in providing a safe, healthy environment for all guests and associates
• Assure that your daily actions and decision making reflects TPI's nine core values
