About The Position

Lonesome Dove Lodge & Restaurant is looking for a full-time General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the lodge and restaurant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Hotel/Restaurant Manager
  • Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or relevant field, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership Oversee and manage all departments within the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage and maintenance
  • Financial Management Monitor revenue and expenses, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
  • Inventory management
  • Staff Management Hire, train and manage hotel/restaurant staff, ensuring emphasis on customer service
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment
  • Guest Relations Provide excellent customer service ensuring a positive guest experience
