Duties include but are not limited to the following: Production: HACCP documentation logs Prepare all hot veggies and/or potatoes, macaroni and cheese, and rice Prepare for the next day when possible Help veggie cup/salad person when time allows Clean and sanitize your prep area Run ice scoop and buckets through dish machine Place food order on Mondays for Thursdays Mondays and Thursdays help put stock away Service: Serve What’s Hot line Between lines check all veggies to see if more need to be prepared Closing Task: Daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning Help wipe tables in cafe after final lunch Cool veggies and record production Clean serving line 2 area Other tasks deemed appropriate by manager All positions will start at $13.00 per hour during a short training period but will increase to $17.95 upon completion of training and positive review from manager. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
