Hot Stamp Operator
About The Position
Summary/Objective Perform repetitive operations to produce quality mud flaps with imprinted logos according to work instructions and production orders. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Work safely and be actively engaged in site safety programs. Set up of hot stamp press line as required following printing instructions from work instructions, including dyes. Operation of “punch press” equipment to meet production goals. Requires the ability to use tape measure to verify dimensions of product for accuracy and conformance to specifications. Perform quality checks. Excellent attendance & punctuality. Maintain a clean work environment. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail to quality check own work.
- Able to read a tape measure to measure in feet and inches.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment.
- Self-motivated to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to follow instructions.
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing experience preferred.
- Good mechanical aptitude
- Experience working with stamping press a plus.
