Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math skills
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
• 1-2 years working in a manufacturing environment

Responsibilities

• Follow and comply with all OSHA and company safety procedures
• Adhere to the Idemia Quality Policy
• Contribute to team success by meeting target volumes monthly
• Understand parts per hour or pieces per hour and demonstrate ability to count
• Set up, operate and produce product within ISO specifications while meeting machine expectations provided by the Production Supervisor
• Cross-train within the department to create flexibility within the teams as described by the Production Supervisor
• Use various precision equipment and have some experience with computers
• Maintain attention to detail and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Be willing to work overtime during the week and weekends as business needs meet market demands
• Maintain 5S activities for machines/area operated to include TPM tasks
