Requirements

• Technical skills in diagnosing and repairing commercial cooking equipment.
• Experience in working with gas, electric, and/or direct steam-fired equipment.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Physical ability to lift and carry materials, as well as climb stairs or work in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and fix issues with various hot-side equipment, including ovens, fryers, grills, etc.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and optimal performance.
• Install new hot-side equipment in commercial kitchens.
• Communicate effectively with customers, providing technical support and explaining repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and labor time.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures when working with commercial kitchen equipment.
