About The Position
Perform electrical maintenance and troubleshooting, manage electrical projects, organize downturn activities, maintain maintenance records, execute preventive maintenance and update documentation.
Requirements
- Electrical Engineering 4 Year Degree - or in process
- Previous electrical maintenance, familiar with motor controls, variable frequency drives, power distribution and able to read electrical prints
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of safety policies (Lockout/Tagout) electrical installation practices, Siemens plc’s, high voltage maintenance, switchgear maintenance, preventative & predictive maintenance of electrical equipment, extensive pc skills on various operating systems, communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Support safety initiatives, policies and procedures
- Identify and implement solutions for issues related to safety, quality and production
- Provide electrical support for day-to-day operations as well as electrical upgrade projects
