About The Position

As a Line Cook/Prep Cook at The Pool Cafe, you will prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. You will assist with food preparation, ensuring all ingredients are properly measured and prepped. Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies is part of your responsibilities, along with cleaning and maintaining work areas, utensils, and equipment. Following proper food safety and sanitation procedures is crucial, and you will collaborate with the culinary team to ensure timely and efficient service. This is a seasonal position, and line cooks will receive a $250.00 bonus after 30 days and another $250.00 bonus after 60 days.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
