About The Position

SAGE Dining Services® is on the lookout for a full-time, experienced Hot Line Cook to join the team at a private day school nestled in the charming Oak Hill neighborhood of Nashville, TN. Requirements

• Experience with cooking in a commercial kitchen.
• Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English.
• Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner.

Responsibilities

• Prepare assigned menu items in strict accordance with SAGE recipes, safety, and allergen policies that exceed our guests' expectations.
• Ensure that all food is appropriately displayed and visually appealing.
• Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
• Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).
