The Food Service/Cook position at Mt. Healthy Jr/Sr High School involves the preparation of all main dish and vegetable items, operation of industrial food service equipment, and the setup and breakdown of breakfast carts. The role also includes delivering and picking up breakfast in the classroom, setting up and serving lunch lines, and accurately completing food production records. The cook must efficiently operate a cash register/POS, maintain accurate HACCP documentation, and follow standardized recipes. Additional responsibilities include washing dishes, pots, pans, and laundry, cleaning the work area, and performing other duties as assigned.
