Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of all food items, including washing, cutting, and weighing as needed.
• Assist in the transfer or withdrawal of stocks, supplies, and food ingredients to and from storage.
• Monitor expiration dates of products and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Maintain cleanliness of the food production area and sanitize all used equipment.
• Follow food safety practices and comply with OSHA safety regulations.
• Handle expired and recalled products properly and keep accurate logs.
• Set up and take down displays for promotional products and ensure shelf tags are labeled correctly.
• Keep aisles and common areas clean to prevent injury.
• Assist customers with their orders and answer any questions they may have.
• Follow cash handling procedures and complete the check-out process accurately.
