The Cook is responsible for the quality, quantity, and freshness of all Hot Choice Buffet products, paying special attention to recipes, production levels, speed, cleanliness, and organization. The Buffet Attendant maintains the Golden Corral standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest service, while also interacting with Guests in a positive and informative manner. The Buffet Attendant ensures a clean, colorful, and attractive buffet, knowing that it can make a very positive impression on the Guest.
