That’s why Barefoot Hideaway and Barefoot on the Beach are looking for experienced, engaging Hosts and Hostesses to help us bring the vibe all spring and summer long. The Role As the first smiling face guests see, you’ll be the one setting the tone—welcoming people in, keeping the flow smooth, and making sure everyone feels like they just found their new favorite spot.
Requirements
- Have hosting experience (you’ve done the dance: greetings, waits, seating, pacing)
- Can stay calm, friendly, and upbeat when it gets busy
- Love people, energy, and creating a great first impression
- Communicate clearly and work well with a fast-moving team
- Can bring a “let’s have a great day” attitude—every shift
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests with warmth and confidence
- Managing the waitlist like a pro
- Seating guests to support great service and smooth pacing
- Helping keep the front area organized and welcoming
- Jumping in where needed to keep the experience top-notch
