Requirements

Valid CDL with required endorsements for tractor-trailer operation.
Experience operating yard trucks, tractors, or commercial vehicles.
Attention to detail & ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills - Stay connected with warehouse & logistics teams.
Commitment to safety - Follow procedures & keep the yard organized

Responsibilities

Move and position trailers & containers with precision.
Spot trailers at dock doors for loading and unloading .
Inspect yard trucks & report mechanical issues before they become problems .
Organize the yard by directing carrier personnel and parking trailers properly .
Follow all safety procedures and use PPE .
Comply with DOT regulations & company policies .
Communicate trailer movements & yard conditions with the team .
Report any damages immediately to prevent delays
