WE LOVE OUR WORK. - Creates a positive guest experience. Above all, smile, be helpful and friendly. - Answers any questions, takes responsibility to get answers, and anticipates our guest's needs and problems. - Takes reservations or seats according to outlet standards. Organizes reservation book as directed by outlet manager. Seats guests upon arrival. - Able to recommend dining special selections or features along with wine recommendations. - Must be able to accommodate guests with last minute requests. - Conducts any other related duties as assigned by Manager. - Completes daily station chart, checks control sheets if used. Assures all menus are in presentable order and repair. - Money handling procedures as established in Operational Standards manual must be observed at all times. - Conducts shift change with few to no mistakes, no overages or shortages, as well as ensuring all paperwork is accounted for in the cash drop. - Contacts Manager concerning any breakdowns and malfunctions of the MiCROS systems.
