Copper River Restaurant and Bar, opened by Crossroads Restaurant Group (CRG) in 2015 in Hillsboro, Oregon, features 52 local craft beers, scratch-made locally sourced food, and a lively atmosphere. CRG, also behind the popular Hop Social Grill in Chandler, Arizona, is dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences with a service philosophy of "The answer is yes! What's the question?"
