Requirements

Sanitation Certified, TIPS Training.
6+ months of previous experience as a hostess or cashier in a high-volume casual dining environment.
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to calculate figures, amounts, discounts, and percentages and apply to practical situations.
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems with multiple variables.
Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

Creates a positive guest experience.
Smiles and is helpful and friendly.
Answers any questions, takes responsibility to get answers, and anticipates our guests’ needs and problems.
Takes reservations or seats according to outlet standards.
Organizes reservation book as directed by outlet manager.
Seats guests upon arrival.
Reduces number of servers on floor when supervisor in not available.
Seats guests according to server rotation as much as possible to ensure equal distribution.
Conducts any other related duties as assigned by Manager.
Completes daily station chart, check control sheets, and labor saved sheet.
Follows mandated script for interaction with guests.
