About The Position
Full time position Longshore Lake Community – Naples, FL Conveniently located near I-75 | North Naples With a genuinely friendly customer service attitude, describe the menu and daily specials, take orders, accurately report orders to the kitchen, serve food timely, calculate the bill and ensure customers have everything they need to enjoy their meal. Position Overview As a Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our residents and guests. You play a key role in creating a warm, organized, and enjoyable dining experience. Key Responsibilities Greet residents and guests with a friendly, professional demeanor Manage reservations and seating efficiently Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Maintain an organized host stand and dining area Assist with special events and community functions as needed

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual

- Prior hosting or hospitality experience preferred, but not required
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability a plus
