About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for their visit. Your primary responsibility will be to greet guests warmly, manage seating arrangements, and ensure that every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to help others, ensuring every guest feels special.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage the flow of guests by coordinating seating arrangements efficiently.
• Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times accurately to guests.
• Assist in training new staff on guest service standards and restaurant procedures.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Utilize Aloha POS system for managing reservations and seating assignments.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization at the host stand and dining area.
