About The Position

At CFA, the Hostess Team Member and Dining Room Attendant role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity. Team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. We are currently looking for someone with specific availability 6a-2p, 7-3p or 2-10p. Requirements

Must be 16 years of age
Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule
Excellent communication skills
Have the ability to lift 50 pounds
Have the ability to stand for long periods of time

Responsibilities

Greet customers when entering and leaving the premises
Smile
Create and maintain eye contact
Make emotional connection with guests
Honor and encourage others to follow the vision and values of the company
Working on their feet for several hours at a time
Multi task quickly and thoroughly
Communicating effectively with guests and staff
