  • Providing fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to restaurant guests and restaurant staff.
  • Greeting and welcoming each guest entering the restaurant.
  • Seating guests in the restaurant as per specified rotation requirements.
  • Maintaining proper seating and reservation documentation.
  • Monitoring restaurant for table availability.
  • Keeping designated working area clean and organized, including the cashiering area.
  • Assisting servers and bussers in their duties, such as refilling water glasses and coffee cups, pre-bussing and bussing tables, and attending to guest needs.
  • Completing all assigned closing duties at the end of the shift.
  • Knowing and promoting current casino events and programs and providing guests with directions to all casino areas.
  • Thanking customers, inviting them back, wishing them luck, and making it easy for them to get back in play.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience in a high-volume operation preferred.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to work on a POS system.
  • Ability to count cash.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Availability to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
  • Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
  • Must be physically mobile with reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
  • Must be able to reach above and below the shoulder, grip small items, bend, stoop, and twist while carrying restaurant stock.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for up to four hours.
  • Must be able to tolerate industry standard chemicals used for cleaning and sanitizing.
  • Must be able to tolerate noise and bright lights.
  • Must be able to work at a fast pace in an often crowded/noisy environment.
  • Must maintain good posture and poise throughout the shift.
