About The Position

Chef Thomas Keller's Las Vegas restaurant, Bouchon, is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about food, beverage and hospitality to join the team as a Host. In 2004, Chef Keller brought his award-winning bistro cuisine to the city of Las Vegas with Bouchon at The Venetian. As with the Yountville location, Bouchon showcases authentic, seasonally-driven French bistro fare and is set against interiors created by renowned designer Adam D. Tihany.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
  • Open availability to work AM or PM shifts.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in fine dining service.
  • Familiarity with POS systems.
  • Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements.
  • Provide menus and inform guests of specials.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front of house.
  • Collaborate with the service team to ensure a smooth dining experience.
