About The Position
At Olive Garden, we pride ourselves on our commitment to providing a welcoming and safe environment for both our team members and guests. As a Host, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for our guests as they enter the restaurant. Your responsibilities will include greeting guests warmly, managing the waitlist, and ensuring that guests are seated in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the front of the house and assisting with any guest inquiries or needs. We believe that a great dining experience starts with exceptional service, and as a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their visit. In addition to your primary duties, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the restaurant management team to ensure that all guests receive the highest level of service. This includes communicating effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. You will also be involved in training new hosts, sharing your knowledge of our menu and service standards to help them succeed in their roles.
