Hosts are responsible for maintaining guest service according to Restaurant standards while taking guest requests, seating guests, bussing tables, controlling floor moves to ensure servers are equally sat to help business flow, merchandising food, cleaning, cashiering, and receiving and stocking product. This candidate has the knowledge of and maintains sanitary food handling practices. Hosts interact with guests in a positive manner by assisting them promptly, and approaching them in a hospitable, friendly way. Host are the first impression the guest receives.
