About The Position

As a Host at Red Lobster, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, welcoming them with a smile and ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience. Your role will involve managing reservations, quoting wait times accurately, and providing special experiences for guests. You will escort guests to their tables and ensure a seamless experience from start to finish, including a warm farewell and an invitation to return. Your focus should always be on the guests and your team, making decisions that enhance their experience.

Requirements

• Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task
