About The Position
Taking on the role of Host isn't just bacon and pancakes. The Snooze experience starts and ends with you! As a Host, you will be responsible for maintaining the host stand, coffee station, and outside patio area. You will welcome each Guest into our home and thank them when they leave, seat each Guest in a timely manner, and effectively manage the waitlist iPad system. If there is a wait, you will keep the crowd excited and having FUN! Additional responsibilities include answering phones, placing to-go orders, entering them into the POS system, inspecting and refreshing restrooms every 30 minutes, responding appropriately to Guest requests, and assisting teammates as needed with food delivery and bussing tables.
