Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine hospitality, ensuring a smooth and elevated dining experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage guest seating and table assignments thoughtfully, using the floor plan and rotation chart to maintain balance and flow.
• Maintain accurate control of guest checks in accordance with established standards—ensuring all payments, change, and transactions are handled with precision.
• Verify MICROS systems are properly set up with the correct menus and possess complete familiarity with system functions.
• Organize and post the daily floor plan and side work schedule at the host stand, ensuring all details are current and visible to the team.
