"It's that simple, and it's that hard." - Danny Meyer You are the face of Tender Mercy, our mascot, our standard bearer, our table strategist, our best friend in the whole wide... you're right, too far. Really though, your job is important, and not just on the surface level. You are the brains of the operation and you dictate how smoothly a night of service goes for all of us. In addition to genuine warmth and a big smile, you'll need the ability to appropriately organize and distribute guests as they arrive, with and without reservations. This can be trickier than it sounds, but if you've got the right attitude and a desire to learn, we are prepared to teach you.
