This is where you come in… Your Impact As a CRG Host you will be responsible for providing guests with a welcoming experience. You will assist guests with questions, provide information about our service style, and assist with take-out orders. As a CRG Host you know hosting is an integral component to our dining experience. Responsibilities

Come to work as your authentic self, ready to support your team
Welcome guests and check-them into our reservation system
Manage the floor-plan, reservations and waitlists
Provide guests with menus and answer any initial questions related to their dining experience
Seat guests at tables or in waiting areas
Communicate all feedback to management related to guest experience
Answer phone calls, taking reservations and answering questions
Problem solve any issues that arise during dinner service related to reservations, turn-times and guest feedback
Acquire thorough menu knowledge
Acquire the knowledge to educate guests on CRG’s service style
Complete general cleaning and organizing duties
Assist with other on-the-floor duties as requested
Work collaboratively with our team as a whole to improve both the guest and employee experiences
