Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and refreshing environment for guests
  • Wipe down tables promptly and refresh beverages when appropriate
  • Conduct bathroom checks and restock supplies
  • Assist third-party delivery drivers with accurate and efficient pickups
  • Help guide guests and direct traffic in the drive-thru area when needed
  • Take guest orders "upstream" to help reduce wait times during peak hours
  • Ensure menu boards, dining areas, and surroundings are bright, organized, and inviting
  • Offer a warm welcome to every guest and a fond farewell as they leave
  • Create eye contact, share a smile, speak with a friendly tone, and say "My pleasure"
  • Engage in genuine conversation and use guest names when possible
  • Walk guests to restrooms, assist with high chairs, and provide hand wipes or napkins when appropriate
  • Check with guests within two minutes or two bites of receiving their food to ensure satisfaction
  • Anticipate needs - clear tables, offer refills, and create small moments of care
