Received payment from the guest for food and beverage purchases in an accurate, prompt, courteous manner. Adheres to established cash handling and internal control policies and procedures. Responds promptly to guests’ questions and directs concerns to the appropriate manager. Performance as a Team Member with kitchen staff and leadership. Maintains a clean workspace. Protects company assets against theft, breakage, and waste.
