About The Position
We are looking for a Host to join our team! This person will manage reservations and walk-ins, seat guests, and assist with coat check. Recently re-opened, Fish nor Fowl focuses on a rustic menu with modern takes of Italian and Mediterannean inspired dishes. We are looking for candidates who are committed and hard-working. They like being part of a close-knit team and enjoy the excitement of working under pressure. We hope to find team-oriented people who want to be with us long-term, and are interested in growing their skills and responsibilities in the future.
Requirements
- 1+ years of high-volume, upscale restaurant experience
- Open availability including nights and weekends
- Passion for excellence, superior service standards, and a positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- A love of modern food and drink
- Ability to stand, walk, and move during the entire shift including frequent bending and stooping
