• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Welcome Guests with Warmth: Read guest emotions and create a positive experience right from the start.
• Manage the Flow: Balance table seating to ensure smooth service for both the kitchen and servers.
• Be the Expert: Answer menu questions, describe features and promotions, and handle phone inquiries with ease.
• Stay Professional Under Pressure: Keep calm and confident in busy or challenging situations.
• Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with servers, managers, and the kitchen to keep everything running smoothly.
• Maintain a Clean & Polished Space: Ensure the dining room, restrooms, and workstations are always clean and welcoming.
