About The Position

The Galt House Hotel is currently hiring for Host to greet patrons at several of our multiple restaurants - Swizzle. The primary role of the Host is to ensure the guest has a memorable experience by providing excellent customer service through solid organizational skills and exceptional people skills from the moment the guest arrives through the time of their departure.

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 1 years of previous experience as a host or concierge.
Guest service and excellent communication skills required.
Basic computer skills required.
Must have a friendly and engaging personality, with a positive attitude and professional and well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

Assigning and escorting guests to their table.
Providing menus.
Making reservations.
Arranging parties.
May at times act as the cashier.
