About The Position

Our Hosts are responsible for the initial greeting and seating of Guests, answering phones, taking reservations, maintaining an accurate wait when necessary and bidding farewell to all Guests. They are the first and last impression of Maggiano’s to our Guests. Maggiano's purpose is to bring people together to celebrate the love of family and friends, following "The Maggiano's Way." The company, Brinker International, pioneered the idea of "casual dining." Maggiano’s Little Italy opened in Chicago and continues to be a "slice of Italian American tradition come to life!"

Responsibilities

• Initial greeting and seating of Guests

• Taking reservations
• Maintaining an accurate wait when necessary
