The Host is expected to create a welcoming and efficient environment for all guests. The Host is responsible for maintaining waiting lists, organizing seating arrangements, bussing tables, and collaborating with the serving staff. Requirements
- Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to complete orders quickly and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Welcomes guests with positivity and energy.
- Seats guests according to server availability.
- Coordinates with serving staff.
- Answers customer calls and provides the appropriate information.
- Provides guests with menus and informs them about specials.
- Busses tables and clean common areas.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
