Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Welcomes guest to our brewery and restaurant Graciously escorts guests to their table, and provides menus to them, and give a tour of beverage book once seated Coordinates the operation of the dining room during meal service periods, adjusting seating flow in such a manner as to balance guests among the various service stations Takes all to-go orders and re-confirms to guest to ensure proper items are rung into the point of sale system Answers telephone calls to the restaurant and take reservations Manages merchandise and retail inventory Performs open/ during/ and closing Host duties Performs cashier duties as needed Physical Demands: Lift and carry up to 30 pounds, remain on your feet for several hours, work under pressure, bend, reach, and stoop Salary and Benefits: Rate of pay commensurate with experience Free Draft Beer and Employee Discounts Job Snapshot Employment Type: Part-Time (less than 30 hours) Job Type: Non-Exempt Pay Type: Hourly Supervisor: Service Manager
